What is the shipping cost?
For most destinations, standard shipping is free on orders of $60 or more and $20 below $60. Norway, Iceland and Cyprus have a separate $115-per-piece fast-shipping rate. Check all methods, timings and exceptions in our Shipping Policy.
What payment methods are accepted?
PayPal is our listed primary payment method. See our payment information for details.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email after shipment. You can track your parcel at 17TRACK or email [email protected].
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Contact us within 24 hours of purchase to request a change or cancellation. Once an order has shipped, changes and cancellations are unavailable. Review the conditions in our Return & Refund Policy.
What is the return policy?
Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of receipt. Customized products, all accessories and orders of three or more of the same product are excluded. Items must be unused and complete; return shipping and restocking fees may apply. Contact us before returning an item and read the full Return & Refund Policy.
